3 sets of "headhunting" questions often used to screen candidates
When recruiting in large numbers, headhunters will have separate sets of questions for different candidates. Corporate culture fit
How do you feel about working in a team with personality A, B, C? What style of manager will suit you best?
With this criterion, often headhunter vietnam will ask questions in the form of situations or behavioral questions for candidates to reveal themselves. Therefore, they can assess the suitability of candidates for businesses that need to recruit talented people.
This criterion is quite an important one. Taking the example of the field of "mass" recruitment that is the most and also the most difficult today is the Sales industry - the industry where the job lacks stability and depends a lot on the team culture, an employee with sales ability. Good and independent work is not necessarily accepted if this person does not match the leadership style of the direct manager, or does not fit the corporate culture.
Sometimes headhunter company in vietnam choose people who are quite emotionally intelligent and have similar qualities. Sometimes you have the required technicality but don't have the right personality or communication style, you can also be eliminated from the process.
